Never saw this sign, but it's pretty interesting.
Fantasy World is not a night club as in "I just wanna dance and hear good music, let's go to Fantasy World". It's basically a "club" you go to when you want to buy some sex toys and go in a back room with a girl after paying her for things I'm sure my naive mind can't comprehend. At least that's how I understand it.
I'm assuming the sign may be referring to the "Craigslist Killer" who murdered a pretty New York masseuse and attacked at least two other escorts in hotels.
