What Leaders Disliked About Athens-Clarke Co.

I doubt dislike number six would make the top of anybody’s list today.

Does the fact that Athens-Clark Co. is conducting corridor studies now mean that dislike number one would still rank high among today’s leaders?

Hypocritical handling of liquor situation? What does that refer to? (I couldn’t find an explanation in the study.)

The table displays the top dislikes of 83 community leaders as recorded in a 1968 survey.

I'm pretty sure that in 1968, Clarke County was dry. Obviously, alcohol was present in the county, but no tax money was realized form sales. That may be what's referenced here.
